Oil Pan
Introduction
As part of oil storage tank,WP10/WP12/WD615/D12 oil pan is seated over bottom of engine and closes off crankcase for the purpose of sundry-resistance, lubrication oil collection and energy release. It is made from thin steel plate. Inside the engine oil sump, a baffle is used to prevent oil from splashing and help impurities precipitate. A dipstick is attached to WP10/WP12/WD615/D12 oil pan, used to check oil volume. Besides, a drain plug is fixed on the bottom of engine oil pan.`
