Cylinder Liner

Introduction
Cylinder liner, or cylinder sleeve, is a device that is pressed into an engine block and used to house the piston. This engine spare part has stronger hardness than engine block and it prevents piston from wearing through cylinder bores. In aluminum engine blocks and diesel engines, it is pressed into position or held in place by the cylinder head. In large engines, such as engines of diesel locomotives, cylinder liner is part of an assembly which contains a piston, several piston rings and a connecting rod. We mainly provide Weichai Power cylinder liners, Sinotruk engine cylinder liners and Yangzhou Wutingqiao cylinder sleeve.

Advantages
1. Hardness scale of cylinder liner is 270 to 330 HBW. It can resist high pressure of more than 370 MPa.
2. Centrifugal machine and automatic pouring procedure are applied during production of cylinder sleeves. Material analysis and control are conducted by BAIRD direct-reading spectrograph and LECO carbon-sulfur analyzer. Thermal treatments are applied in cylinder liner processing, including isothermal quenching, high-frequency quenching, medium-frequency quenching, alramenting, tufftride and nickeling.
