Flywheel

Introduction
We mainly supply various Weichai Power flywheels used in Sinotruk heavy trucks. Static balance test and dynamic balance test are conducted during production. Its dynamic balance value is requested to be equal to or below 25 g.cm. While assembly of crankshaft and engine flywheel (including gear ring and clutch pressure plate) is also requested to meet regulated dynamic balance (<=40 g.cm).

Functions
1. Rigid coupling between Weichai Power flywheel and crankshaft is applied to check time.
2. Rotary inertia supports its working procedures, such as air flow, air compression, working and air discharging.
3. Drive pinions are meshed with gears around flywheel to drive crankshaft into motion.
4. It works as a part of clutch.
