Front Crankshaft Oil Seal

Introduction
Truck engine front crankshaft oil seal products in our company are mainly pressure-less sintering silicon carbide (pressure-less SSIC), reactive sintering silicon carbide and hot-pressed graphite. We offer various kinds of truck engine front crankshaft oil seals, including: Weichai power oil seal, Sinotruk engine oil seal and Qingdao Kaitong il seal. They can be used in WP12 (Number: 612630010106), WP10 (Number: 190003078807) trucks engine.
1. Pressure-less sintering silicon carbide is generated by submicron silicon carbide powder in high-temperature vacuum sintering furnace (2100℃). It can keep working without damaging structure strength even under high heat. High purity and high density endow the front crankshaft oil seal product with good corrosion-resistance. High surface smoothness makes it rather suitable for applications in mechanical sealing, valve, bearing and industries of petroleum, spaceflight, motor, etc.
2. Reactive sintering silicon carbide is generated with compound of submicron silicon carbide powder and free silicon (<12%) in vacuum sintering furnace (1500℃). This kind of front crankshaft oil seal product has better lubrication, wear-resistance and plasticity than other products for oil sealing, and its friction coefficient is small. Its maximum sealing ring has an external diameter of 800 mm. Reactive sintering silicon carbide is widely used in fields of bearings, petroleum, chemical industry, motor industry, shipping, pump valve, etc.
3. Hot-pressed graphite is a kind of front crankshaft oil seal product mainly made from high-purity graphite and resin under high-heating and high-pressure condition. With advantages of low friction, high self-lubrication and short production circle, it is usually used in blood processor (a medical instrument), gas meter, oil distribution valve, etc.
