A grooved crankshaft bearing utilizes both soft and rigid materials for its surface, which makes it abrasion-resistant. It can bear high oil film pressure. It reduces contact surface between metals when they are under overheated work environment. Advantages
Crankshaft bearing is annular inside, which endows it with better running-in property than common plain bearings. Plastic flow at running-in stage makes lubrication and cooling easy. Besides, annular design can store oil to advance grip function even when motor works at oil-less condition.
