Undercarriage Track Roller
Introduction
Undercarriage track roller is a wheel in the crawler-type chassis. It is used to bear weight of an excavator or a bulldozer. This thrust wheel is composed of wheel body, axle, seal ring, end cap, etc. It is made from 50Mn or 40 Mn. During production, casting or forging procedure is conducted. Then, the wheel is processed through thermal treatment so that its surface hardness is between HRC45 and HRC52. Hence, it is wear-resistant. Product number of our track rollers is 16Y-40-10000, and each roller is 20 kg. Undercarriage track rollers provided by us are available in Shantui 160 bulldozers and Xuanhua 165 bulldozers.
