Introduction
Excavator bucket is a container used to accommodate soil and rocks and transfer them into certain position. According to different structure features, excavator scoops are standard or reinforced ones, or ones for mine digging. Digging bucket is mainly composed of bucket adaptors, wear protection plates, side cutters, high strength alloy-plate bucket shells and heavy duty alloy-plate brackets. 1. Standard bucket applies high-tensile structural steel Q345B as material. It has a large loading capacity, so it is efficient and time-saving. This kind of excavator scoop is available in digging clay and loading sand, soil and gravels.
2. Reinforced excavator bucket uses high-tensile and wear-resistant steel NM360 as material to reinforce bucket adaptors and side plates. This digging bucket is a good choice for heavy load work.
3. Reinforcing ribs are used on the bottom of scoops for mine digging. Besides, in mine digging buckets, more side guard plates are applied than those in other excavators, and specialized protection plates are installed. HARDOX steel material makes buckets durable. These excavator buckets are specially used in mine digging and loading.
