Seat Shock Absorber
Introduction
HOWO truck seat shock absorber is a mechanical device used to smooth out or damp shock impulse of the automotive seats. Seat damper assembly is a type of truck seat dashpot which is composed of elastic rod and damper.
Shock Absorbing Theory
Adjust stiffness coefficient (K) of the elastic rod and damping coefficient (C) of the damper, making HOWO truck seat shock absorber optimum in working. Basic principle is as below.
1. Amplitude of the cushion can be reduced in only short time.
2. Make sure that natural frequency of the cushion does not resonate with that of the vehicle.
3. Forbid resonance between natural frequency of the cushion and those of people’s organs. And natural frequency of the stabilized cushion should be out of frequency scale which can be sensed by human beings.
